I really liked this post by Cressey Performance coach, Greg Robins. Breathing is something that I feel is a very underrated and most people have some form of compensation which can lead to mobility/stability issues, diminish your performance levels, amongst others. Seriously take 10minutes to read and watch the videos in this great post.

Is Bulletproof Coffee All It’s Cracked Up to Be

While I had some issues with Precision Nutrition, I can’t deny that they do have some quality information on their post. I’m particularly a big fan of Brian St. Pierre from his time with Cressey Performance, so I can positively say this is a VERY solid post to read. Brian pretty much breaks down every aspect of “Buleetproof Coffee”, so give it a read if you’re been curious about this relatively recent coffee “hack”.
